Building Affordable Modular Homes In Your Community

MTC Properties1 is a  real estate development company with a mission to build affordable homes, while helping to revitalize a community in the Chicagoland area.

This business model was created to establish stability and self-confidence through home ownership.

A modular home is manufactured off-site in section and transported to a site. where they are assembled into a home.

The total manufacturing time is 6 to 8 weeks and the total time to assemble can take up to 1 week.  That’s right! YOU can move into your new home in less than 3 months, from picking out the floor plan to the closing table (if the project stays on schedule).

We are giving Veterans an opportunity to customize a home of his/her own.  We will work with a veteran throughout the customization and construction process of his or her own modular home.
