In 2019, MTC Properties1 entered into the construction arena, as a way to enhance our servicing concept. Our goal is to work with major Contractors who bid on Government contracts as their Subcontractor. Ultimately becoming a Prime Contractor bidding on projects, while servicing our clientele.
Our certifications allow us to span across local, regional and national boundaries. This reach, along with our exposure in the construction industry, will give us the capacity to become a full service development firm.
